Harry Reid Accuses Media Of Siding With…Republicans | IDIOT ALERT-IDIOT ALERT!

When asked by MSNBC’s Chuck Todd why he won’t allow Republican amendments to a pending energy bill, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid blamed…the media. For covering for…Republicans. Yeah, I know.

“One of the problems the press has in modern-day journalism is everything you do is a tit for tat. What has happened here is the Republicans have stopped everything from happening … you can give me the tit for tat all you want. But the fact is we want to legislate.”

When Todd asked Reid why he wouldn’t allow an amendment from Sen. David Vitter (R-La.) that would slash federal healthcare contributions to lawmakers and their staffers, Reid shot back: “Don’t be playing his game.”

And so it goes. Harry Reid rules the Senate with an iron fist. Neither hypocrisy (See: Koch brothers vs. Tom Steyer), disingenuousness (See: ObamaCare “tall tales”) nor outright lies (See: Mitt Romney hasn’t paid taxes in 10 years) will stand between the Speaker and his “progressive” agenda.

But to suggest that the media sides with Republicans? Why, that sounds like something that only a guy who asks America to suspend disbelief on a daily basis would say…
